The soulful songstress Bernadette Barnes recently took the stage at the world-renowned Lincoln Center in New York! She was featured as a part of The New Jersey City University Chamber Singers.
Her story
Bernadette wrote a monologue based on her life as a mother, wife, full-time student, and entrepreneur. It was chosen to be a part of Her Story, an oratory play celebrating and highlighting the voices of women in Jersey City.
The come up
Eugene partnered with Glenn McBride Jr. and Ryan Roman to write a web series entitled The Come Up. It's the story of Theodore, who wants to propose to his girlfriend Elenore. His best friend Sidney gets him a great deal on a ring, which they later discover is stolen. The script has been making a lot of noise on the festival circuit and will be in production soon!
